"Staff was very professional and pleasant. Our only critique is that the Shower Body Soap dispenser was empty and three of us were sharing a room. Luckily the bathroom had 2 Hand soap dispensers. It is also unfortunate that that resort fee is not an optional choice. We had no intention nor time to use any of the facilities other than our room yet were required to pay a $40+ resort fee. "Great ambience, friendly staff, clean casino and rooms. Pool area and staff were great. Self check in kiosk said my room wasn’t ready despite being 730pm so had to stand in line for 40 min since there was only about 5 staff members checking in and handing complaints. The staff however all handled themselves excellently as we watched the show. On check out there was a sign to say check in & check out with the same huge line.
