"Stayed for 5 nights at Fraser’s. The location was perfect, stone’s throw away from Namba Station with lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Appreciate having the washing machine, microwave in the room. Sauna was available by reservation and it was good and private. Breakfast was decent with some nice pastries but could do with more variety. "

"Friendly staff. Check in and out was smooth. Check out is at 10 AM. Extended check out can be requested for 500 yen per hour. Lobby area is pretty small. Hotel building and room is a bit out dated but it’s clean. The nice part is the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. "The property location was close to all the places i needed to go. The disappointment was the toilet smell due to old age. The unit has all the things that we need for a family of 2 adults & 3 kids. Like fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine , etc...But I wish that they label all the appliances in english as well. The tv remote was not working & there was no other button to change the channel so we just turn it off during our stay. There was a convenience store close by & laundry/dryer was...

"The management was so thoughtful. They really took care of us. We stayed at 1-2-7 Ebisunishi. The little apt was located in the perfect spot. So convenient with 4 train stations in walking distance, a grocery store with the most delicious ready made food just down the street, great shopping area and restaurants nearby. The apt was equipped with cooking pans, dishes, a washer with soap. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be coming back. "
