We liked that this hotel was like a 1 bedroom apartment so it was very spacious but even though we booked a non smoking room our room smelled heavily of smoke and cigarettes.

Very convenient and safe location. Close to dotonbori and shopping malls. Hotel staff very helpful and nice. One thing I was bothered was the smell of the bathroom. Smelled like a urine stuck on the floor. I don’t know if that’s how its supposed to be because it’s old apartment or what… my nose was not liking it. Other than that, no problem at all. Washer and dryer in one was a plus for me.

Great place that is close to train stations which are walkable as well as close to plenty of locations around Osaka. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to assist and answer any questions. Very clean and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Had great facilities included as well

I have stayed here several times over the years. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel is adjacent to the subway and AirPort Express train (Nankai). The area around the hotel is great for shopping and eating. Staff is attentive and friendly. I’ll be happy to stay here again.
