"The staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Good: clean and renovated hallways, suite was roomy with sofa bed Bad: room entrance light not working, sink stopper stuck, hair dryer not working , dead roach by AC. Ice machine on 3rd floor not working, ice only on 1st floor."

"The first room we were given, the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it. There was no hot tub as advertised and the pool was not heated like we were told. We were given another room on the first floor and it was very noisy and staff kept slamming doors. Also the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit offered, the eggs and gravy were watery and bread options were hard. The staff was great but I will never stay here again."

"The room was in very poor shape, there was no cold water in the bathroom - when the faucit was turned on to cold nothing came out!, the toilet was very hard to flush. The bathroom door was swollen due to moisture and we could not close it. Breakfast was por at best, the selection was very limited and not fresh."
