"The stay was good but people in room above in the early morning hours were doing skit of moving around like they we’re remodeling the room and it happened both nights of our stay."

Terrible smells, dirty carpet that was never vacuumed, cigarette burns on bedding, burnt out bathroom light (probably so you can’t see how dirty it is). Hotels.com did not rate this property correctly or provide any warning. "

"“Budget “ room with extremely shabby furnishings and damaged walls was also not cleaned well. I was upgraded to an equivalent “deluxe “ room at no additional cost- normally an extra $6. Deluxe was same size room with shabby furnishings, a very old hair dryer and a bit cleaner. "
