This is a comfortable property conveniently located near restaurants, fuel, and there are some nice shops nearby. The Fair rating is misleading as it is lower than the dumpy North Star in Prince George that I had numerous items stolen from the hundreds of drugged out thieves roaming the area and no one watching the almost useless security cameras.

if you are really tired and are not picky it is good. It is clean only a little run down. it smelled a cigar a little bit. Owner was very accommodating.

Decent hotel, convenient location. Nothing in particular stood out besides that the temperature of the water when I tried to take a shower was cold. Even after I ran the water for 3-4min it only changed to luke warm for 2-3min and then went back to cold. Aesthetics of the place reminded me of the mid 80’s, however maybe they are going for that decor and look. Staff were friendly, check in and out was quick.

The hot water problem has to be solved. Running water for 15 min. Just to get Luke warm water is wrong. Other facilities like these refresh toiletries and change towels if you want. Nobody visited my room when i was out to check on supplies.

Room smelled musty. Floor had something on it. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathtub bottom is worn and dirty. Fridge not plugged in. Stayed because it was pet friendly, charged an extra $20.00 for my small dog to stay in that room. On site pub and restaurant closed, liquor store only carried small assortment of beer. Apparently trying to reopen pub.

Building is old, smells musty and like cigarettes. Hallways have open holes in walls and ceiling. We booked a deluxe 2 bed room and were taken to multiple single bed rooms initially. Room had no heat, had to have a heater brought in. Bathtub slow to drain. Found hair in tub and in my bed sheets upon arrival. Someone tried to open our door at 4am. Don't recommend.

Price was still high for what it was. We had one hand towel, there were fathers on the floor when we came into room, we've been cleaning our room ourselves. No one had asked if we wanted any kind of maintenance. WIFI cut out and didn't have for 2 days. People fighting and a window was broken

There were no facecloths, the towels were stained, the WiFi wasn't working, and the air conditioner quit working around 5 pm. The room was very warm. When I mentioned that the WiFi wasn't working, the fellow told me to use the pub's WiFi. It was connected, but no internet the whole time we were there. I will say, though that when I mentioned that I would like to change my room from one bed, (as I was with my son) to a two bed, I was graciously given a room with 2 beds. I am grateful for a place to stay while we were in 100 Mile House. Thank you

There was blood on my sheets. The air conditioner blew hot air. They didnt have hot water the entirety of my stay. The room was in disrepair. The shower head had years of filth built up on it. The toilet hadnt been cleaned in forever. The blinds didnt cover the entire window. They made me pay up front for my entire stay and then when i left 3 days early they wouldn't refund me my money because they didnt want to have to pay your commission. So i am out 360 dollars. I called your company and it was escalated. I was supposed to recieve a new hotel room at a different location and to get my money back from the lakewood inn. I got disconnected from the person 3 times because of their bad service. I had full bars of 5g service. Nothing has been done to help remedy my situation. I will likely share this experience and the photos in reviews on google and on social media. It has been an all around horrible experience and i am extremely dissapointed in the lakewood inn and expedia.

Booked and paid for the room with Hotels.com. Arrived to check in and there wasn’t anybody at the front desk. Talked to the nice lady at restaurant attached to hotel. She said that she doesn’t think they rent rooms. She kindly got me the Managers phone #. Called manager who verified that they do not rent rooms as they are currently remodeling. I ask how do you have Motel on hotels.com and take peoples money if you don’t rent rooms! Of course apologetic and said he would check computer for listing. I made contact with hotels.com and after 1hr texting with a friendly person came to find out I would get my money back in 7-0 days. This was 3 days ago and searching for a room again tonight notice this hotel is still willing to “rent” a room and take your money!! Brutal

Chegamos no hotel em horário comercial e não havia recepcionista. Ficamos quase uma hora esperando o rapaz da manutenção abrir o escritório para nós da um quarto, com o acordo que no dia seguinte fizéssemos o checkin. Havia uma hóspede brigando com o namorado e quebrando as coisas. O hotel estava largado a própria sorte. Porém o querto estava limpo e era confortável.
