"The location can't be beat - - the view from our patio at sunset was amazing and the trip to Pictured Rock was convenient. However, the staff was less than friendly and the breakfast was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid for our room. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable, but otherwise the room was great; very spacious and everything we needed. Given the other options in Munising, this is the place to stay, but it also seems that they know this so they charge a lot and are short on smiles and warm breakfast options."

"This property is in a beautiful area of the UP but lodging is not going to be the Grand Hyatt no matter where you stay. This property was good for the price and location to Picture Rocks. Our hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. Coffee all day was a plus! Housekeeping staff was good. Staff was overall pleasant when meeting guest. Negatives-Shower head needs replaced. Had barely a trickle to shower under. Water is sulfur smelling. Bc of that I used bottle water to brush my teeth. Hot tub needs some help. It was very hot, but the jets barely moved the water. Overall, it is a nice property to stay for a few days. I would use this property again"

"We had a wonderful stay at this bed and breakfast! The two-bedroom, two-bath basement apartment was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially loved swimming in the lake near the dock, which made the location even more enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated having a brand-new oven. Being able to prepare a couple of meals during our stay was a huge plus and saved us from having to eat out every night. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it to other families!"
