"The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. The sink had leaks and when you turned on the water large amounts of water leak onto the floor. Due to the fact that I couldn’t use the sink, I bought bowls at Walmart to wash my face and body. I refused to go into the bathroom. I booked this hotel for two days and checked out early. This is not an exaggeration. I took many pictures."
