"This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and don’t mind caring luggage up a few floors. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Note- there is NO RECEPTION AREA. I didn’t know that before I got there ( should’ve read the instructions). You need to get phone number on their website and text them on WhatsApp to let them know what time you are coming in so they can give you a code to the door and tell you which room is yours. "Great location very near Skanderbeg square. It has a very small sign and some taxis and tour companies didn’t seem to know where it is, but google maps location is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maid service seems to be when you request it. One thing to note, there is no elevator so people with issues climbing stairs should be aware. "
