"Arrivé le soir a Tanger ,on me dit qu aucun appartement est disponible ceci a 22h le soir J ai cherché un autre hotel car le site hotel.com n ont trouvé aucun autre hotelsir tanger .apres avoir passé 2 heures au telephone avec une operatrice du site hotel. Com j ai du dormir dans ma voiture avec ma famille . Ne faite pas confiance aucune garantie avec le site ....a mon retour je compte porter plainte pour le prejudice Tres decu trop dangereux de voyager en famille "

"Clean and very hospitable Everyone went the extra mile to make our stay an excellent experience I even asked for coffee before the kitchen opened and they still made it for me I was happy and would go there again if I come back to Tanger in the future"

"L’hygiĂšne de l’appartement laisse vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas Ă©tĂ© lavĂ© et les serviettes Ă©taient dans le mĂȘme Ă©tat. J’ai dĂ» faire appel Ă  une femme de mĂ©nage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© tel qu’elle Ă©tait inutilisable, et il n’y avait mĂȘme pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expĂ©rience trĂšs dĂ©cevante que je ne recommande pas."

"Excellent front desk, very helpful, valuable directions, great location short walk to Petite Socco, view of the harbor when you walk to the street, close to the port. Well kept, always someone cleaning every detail, lobby, hallways included. Typical Moroccan bed was too firm for me -caused tossing and turning. Clean bathroom, my single room had combined shower/toilet. They had a square wooden shower platform but the rest of the floor the tile is slippery when wet and could cause someone to fall."

"The bathroom in room 3 was so smelly that you couldn’t get good sleep during the night. The bed was facing the window which was directly facing the corridor. You had to close the window to sleep unless you gave up your own privacy. The breakfast was bad too. "

"ArrivĂ©s le jour de notre rĂ©servation comme prĂ©vu et Ă  notre grande surprise nous apprenons que notre rĂ©servation avait Ă©tĂ© annulĂ©e !! Le responsable justifie cela car nous serions arrivĂ©s selon lui trop tard (19h) . Aucune info ni coup de fil pour nous en informer . Le responsable decide tout de mĂȘme de nous loger dans un appartement en attendant qu’une chambre puisse se libĂ©rer car il avait louĂ© la notre ! "Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© un appartement au bĂątiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivĂ© a 18h et logement Ă©tait ba peine prĂȘt mĂ©nage pas terminĂ©. Nous Ă©tions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on rĂ©serve pour 6 et ce n'est mĂȘme pas Ă©quipĂ© nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...
