"I would like to commend the front desk agent. I checked in on Sunday October 26th around 5pm. During the drive we found out our daughter who is a student at UCSC wanted to sleep in a real bed. So I was checking in my wife thought it would be funny to interrupt the agent when she said king bed. At that moment my wife says very loudly CHANGE to TWO beds and side eyed me. Agent casually looked at me and without missing a beat started searching for an available room with two beds. Awkward as it was she did an amazing job getting us a great room with a balcony high up viewing the beach. Even gave perfect directions to it. Room was clean quiet and perfectly set up even with a tissue rose in the tissue box. Everyone far exceeded expectations. Thank you to all involved. "

"We really liked this hotel. The room was clean, the staff was SO nice and helpful and we were located near the ice machine which was great. They had plenty of parking in the parking structure. We would definitely stay at this location again! "
