The hotel is a typical Ibis, our room was large and spacious, and the bar provided a selection of refreshments which, owing to the warm weather, were very welcome. A friendly support team added to the pleasure of our break. The railway station is conveniently close although the rebuild still isn't finished!"

"The room was a great stay for a family. We got the Luxe room with two bedrooms all on one level. Which was great for traveling with small children. I understand the next sized room has stairs and I wouldn’t have wanted that with a baby but the room we got was perfect. "Small privately run hotel. Happy to look after you but didn't clean the room on one day which was the only disappointment. Breakfast was fine and cooked eggs to your request as well as the usual continental. Coffee machine stayed on all the time which was very useful."

Very comfortable stay .. would return
"Easy access and exit by the nearby motorway... Located in what looks like a business park.. I was very surprised with the quality of this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews.. Personally for me as a solo traveller I just need cheap and cheerful accommodation for the evening... Well this is certainly cheap... but it's a newly refurbished hotel with clean and fresh rooms with all the facilities you need.. Even has a gym I noticed going to my room Room was ensuite.. TV.. comfortable bed.. and a small table and chair along with a clothes and shoe rack.. Reception staff friendly and welcoming.. Breakfast..was one of the best I have had from any hotel in this range.. Continental and hot bacon and eggs was available along with a selection of juices and coffee.. Got to say.. all very delicious... "
