"The property is about 1hr 30mins from Zanzibar town, however is spacious and great place to relax. They have a private beach and the water is turquoise and white sand. Staff are multilingual and very professional and friendly. Alex, Abdul, Nasri and the whole team made our stay worthwhile and the all inclusive choice make the difference. Thank you and i cant wait to be back "

"would stay here again. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated that aspect of my stay. However, the biggest issue I experienced was the strong smell coming from the toilets, almost as if the sewage system wasn’t working properly. It was unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable at times. Maybe it was just our room. "

It’s boutique hotel so not the facilities of a mega resort but the local friendly staff arranged a couple of excellent things for me and I really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. Great food too with sea views. I also enjoyed a massaged in a small hut by the sea so could hear the surf. "

"Passion boutique is the perfect escape in paradise!! The grounds are clean let me say it again lol the grounds are clean!!!! The staff is friendly/welcoming and the food is fresh!!! "We had an amazing stay at Sunshine Marine Lodge. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The reception team helped with arranging tours and activities - we especially loved the tour of Stone Town! The hotel also offers transfer services from the airport, which was really convenient. The resort itself is beautiful and peaceful. The food was also great, especially the fresh fruit at breakfast and the daily specials for lunch and dinner. Cannot recommend this stay enough!"

"We are a retired couple from Australia cycling the world on bicycles. This hotel was simply amazing! The staff so welcoming, the room had the best view ever being right on the beach, the food and service was top notch. And the price was very affordable. A hidden gem in paradise and not over run by Europeans either like many of the hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend! "
