"Overall it was not a pleasant stay. We were given the room with no water. After lodging in the complaint we were allocated with another room which had no warm or hot water. Imagine a cold shower in the morning. Guesthouse webpage says free breakfast under amenities but we were told it's not inclusive we must pay for it. This we found was not right as it was misleading."

"When I arrived the Hotel had no record of my booking although i had received a confirmation email from Hotels.com. The hotel advised that they no longer use Hotels.com. This is the 2nd time this has happened with a Hotels.com booking. I will never use Hotels.com ever again"
