"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. "Der Hofwirt ist ein aussergewoehnliches Hotel mit sehr schoenen, grossen Zimmern. Alles wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.
