"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. Lighting was pretty rough, and did not make the room comfortable to relax in. Hotel porter was asked to call us a cab, for two people. A single motorbike arrived, and we needed to wait quite some time for a second bike. "Pros: -excellent breakfast buffet with variety of hot items, pastries, cereal, hot beverages, yogurt, and fruit -staff were very accommodating and friendly -beautiful and expansive grounds -very clean -dinner at the restaurant was very tasty -large room with bedside lamps and outlets for charging Cons: -very close to the main road so front facing rooms were loud -every high bathroom window opened into the hallway and couldn’t be closed. -very little sound insulation so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs -area around the hotel was very bustling and not very cleanable "
