"Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Upgrade erhalten, da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht war. Rezeption- und Restaurant-Service waren exzellent! Große Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider gab es auch Punkte, die uns nicht gefallen haben: Zusätzliche 99,- EUR für eine Endreinigung zu berechnen sind sehr überzogen, wenn man den Arbeits-Stundensatz in Österreich betrachtet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Appartement nicht 5 Stunden gereinigt wird (5Std. x 20€). Hier bereichert sich meiner Meinung nach das Hotel...
