On four occasions we had random people enter our room without knocking, which was not okay. Once guy even got cross with us and said we should have locked the door. "Staff are exceptional - friendly, kind, helpful. There's nothing fancy about the place, but nothing fancy is needed, given the surroundings. I especially enjoyed my balcony with the fan. Breakfast is decent and it's only a 20 min walk to the orangutan rehab centre and 5 mins to the rainforest discovery centre."
