"Great location! Super cute house. Just note that this property has multiple rental areas. There was no problem with noise, just be sure you are okay with other people on the same property. "My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep.
