"The snorkeling off the dock was amazing. Great location by the sea and nice to have the kayak available to take to the coral garden. Also, they let me check in early which was so helpful!"

"New property, there are three separate lodge houses. It's on the main road that circles the island. My house had a full size frig, 4 burner gas stove, microwave, full sink, cable channel TV, strong wifi, ceiling fan in the living room, nice bathroom and AC in the bedroom. "Very nice room, the beach was lovely and we enjoyed having access to the kayaks. There is a shop and restaurants in walking distance, as is the main public beach. The shuttle for the return journey to the airport is stress free, though a bit expensive for a place on a minibus (for 2 people it’s cheaper to get a taxi - we paid 3000 when we arrived). Breakfast was fine for the amount we were paying for a garden view, but for the amount some guests are paying it was very below par. "

A Perfect Fit

"My visit was to retrace my father's footsteps, because he spent time there during the war. With that in mind, I wanted to stay at a facility on the main island. I chose the bungalow because of the view (you'll need to rent a car, because it's a very steep climb to get up there). I arrived early in the morning and it worked out for me to get an early check-in. The manager (Maheata) spent a good half hour showing me around the place, and when she found out the reason for my visit, she couldn't have been more helpful. The room was very clean (your asked not to wear shoes inside). There's an out door kitchen, and I'm posting a picture of the view sitting outside of the room. This was a perfect fit for me in every way. I couldn[t be happier."
