"このホテルも他と同様、ロシア人だらけでした。ホテルズドットコムを経由して予約しました。ツアー客が多く、個人の予約管理に不慣れなのか、チェックイン時に、確認のため、ホテルズドットコムから私宛に送られてきたメールを、ホテル側に転送するようにと言われました。ホテルズドットコムから、そちらに連絡がいってないの？と聞くものの、あいまいな返答。さらに、予約したサイズの部屋が空いていないと。この点は、よりグレードのいい部屋に変更してくれたので、ラッキーと言えばそうなのですが、先方のミスにも関わらず、「変更してあげるよ」という若干横柄な態度。こういった対応で、チェックイン早々、少し嫌な気分になりました。部屋は高層階の角部屋で見晴らしがよかったです。１階のプールは長さ10mほどでしょうか。小さいし、壁に囲まれ、あまり気持ちのいいスペースではないです。朝食はバラエティーに富んで楽しめました。"

"최악의 호텔. 도착하자마자 변기엔 성기의 털과 변이 묻어 있었고, 지내는 내내 화장실에서 냄새가 났다. 욕실에 샤워부스는 몸을 움직이기 어려울 정도로 좁다. 옆방 TV소리, 문소리 다 들리고 심지어 외부소음까지 들린다. 침대는 바퀴달린 이동식 침대이고, 밑에는 먼지가 방문을 열자마자 보인다. 바닥에 타일은 깨지거나 더러웠다. 청소상태도 엉망이다. 제공되는 실내화는 딱딱한 플립플랍이라 발이 아프고 심지어 뜯어져있다. 사진과 너무 다르고 더럽다. 야간에는 자동문을 절반정도 닫아놓고 경비가 옆에서 자고있다. 조식은 진짜 종류가 너무 적고 맛도 없고 위생상태도 안좋다. 컵에 얼룩이 있고, 계란요리해주는 팬은 코팅이 벗겨져 있다. 수영장은 대중 목욕탕보다 작고 심지어 공사를 하며 공사소리가 객실까지 들린다. 엄청 좁고 흡연실과 붙어있어 담배연기가 수영장내로 그대로 들어온다. 전날 저녁에 본 선배드 위의 버려진 캔들인 3일이나 그대로 있었다."
