"We found the flat in not the most shiny conditions. Floors were dirty, we found hair in the bathroom, coffee stains on the dinning table and kitchen. The flat was completely different that was offered in the pictures. we had a tiny sleeping room with no windows whatsoever and no views at all, not even windows to have some fresh air, a very warm - heavy atmosphere room. Wouldn’t recommend this place as it was not what we thought it would be for being offered as superior flats. "

I was literally in the shower when I discovered that the shampoo containers were empty. I had to call down for a refill which they did quite quickly. This was a last-minute Hotel change due to the strike Respectfully, Hotels.com should have paid for the cost differences of the hotels when the Radisson Blu close their hotel for the strike. Radisson broke their contract with Hotels.com. My contract with Hotels.com was still intact. BAD FORM Hotels.com!!!!!! "
