"This Ramada Plaza is more a four, than a five-star, and appears dated. Service wrt parking at the front, front desk, and baggage was great. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive, and the outdoor pool area was lovely. However, while the room had a comfortable bed and good size, we were overwhelmed in both our rooms with the overpowering perfume smell that the hotel uses, so much so that we tried our best to aerate our rooms. "Staff does not speak english, except from the valet man. He came rushing to us to help us unload our suitcases and then parked our car in the hotel garage. He spoke english quite well and even submitted us with maps and information about the city and Hattusa. Breakfast was so so. Room was ok but not more than ok. "
