You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. "Location and beach was amazing. The room was clean and very nice, but the property was very dirty and some areas looks like a third world country. There is a wedding party that had a DJ with loudspeakers that went on until 2:30 in the morning. I at least would’ve expected them to have a 11 PM sound limit or something like that. "Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is a slightly odd feeling in May because most of the place is deserted. The beach club wasn't open once and you are around a 25min walk in to the town. Word to the wise - have a hire car. We both paid extra for a deep tissue massage which it absolutely wasn't. Spa are is nice. Staff friendly and breakfast is decent."

"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). This was a major factor when we chose to book. We did go on a boat excursion and to a different beach the last two days there, so this closure was not solely based on weather. Very big let down. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff were exceptional. In the area, It’s difficult to find shopping/food without spending a ton of money. A car is absolutely necessary unless you want to spend a ton on taxis. "
