"The location is great and the marine life is breathtaking. Oblu are doing a great job protecting the marine life growing new coral gardens and educating guests on sustainable tourism. This was all why we chose the hotel but what really stood out for us was the staff and the Maldivian hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met with a smile. "We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!"
