"We are so thankful we stayed here. The hotel is in a great location 100 meters from the RER train and a 5-10min walk from the Odeon Metro. So easy to get around. The area is safe, clear and professional. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a wonderful bakery and convenience store just opposite. We bought fresh croissants and baked goods for breakfast every day so did not sample the available breakfast. Our room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The small fridge was perfect. Towels were changed every day we asked for room service even though we left them drying on the towel heater. The shower was powerful and always hot. The interaction we had with the staff was always pleasant. We arrived 30 mins earlier than the check-in time but the room was ready for us. The only improvement needed is the Wi-Fi in our room. Everywhere else it was super fast measuring 323Mbps download in the corridor immediately outside our room door (Speedsmart App). However inside the room the speed dropped off the almost zero by the beds and was 20Mbps near to the door at the desk which was useable but very slow. Our room #104 is a corner room in the building. When I provided this feedback at checkout I learned that Hotel Elsysa had a whole new Wi-FI network installed a few months ago. I'm sure they will look into and fix the anomaly in that particular room. Despite this issue we would come back to stay here and do not hesitate giving the Hotel and staff a sound recommendation."
