Rusticae, 600 Hectareas hotels

Very comfortable (clean and well organized, friendly) and unique (facing jungles you have a jungle view)

I thought everything about this hotel was great and would totally recommend it to friends and family. The rooms are great (a bit dark for my liking, but when it's 40C outside, it might be best that way), bed is super comfortable, the pool area is fantastic, breakfast is great, and the setting is unbeatable. Super clean, super well-maintained property.

Love the property and that it is in the middle of the reserve. Great that reception staff spoke English. Reception help was generally good but it depends on who was at the reception. Large and clean rooms and great gym. Food quality can be improved especially desserts. Could not find water readily available.

Check in was fast and efficient. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but some of the facilities in the room was old, example the toilet flush button was about to spoilt and the balcony door was hard to push open as it seems to not been oiled or lubricant enough.

Stay was comfortable and pool was nice. Hotel also provided taxi service to town and Cataratas for a reasonable fee.
