"Perfect location for multiple ski areas, all within 10 mins. Hotel was immaculately clean and all the staff couldn’t do enough for you. As for the food: Wow. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but the highlight was the evening dining. 4 home made courses, all with Al a carte presentation. Miriam was always on hand, and dealt with everything we asked of her. Highly recommended, a real gem."

"A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "

"Sadly rather dissapointed here. Arrival and reception very good. However when trying to take a shower we found that getting into the bath was extremly difficult. Im 70 but still fairly active, the bath was a very high one because of the spa feature, and the width was very wide and everything was tiled - walls, floors and sink unit. We asked to change the room because of this and this cost €100 for 2 nights. When we had checked in we asked to eat in the restaurant and reception said they would need to check with chef that he had enough for 2 more. Chef must have said ok and so we went to dinner. We were served luke warm meat that looked like it had been in storage for a while. The rooms and hotel generally were cold, no heating was on. Final grip, after breakfast it was impossible to get a drink in the hotel until the bar opened about 4, no cold drink and no coffee etc. On a positive the pool area was excellent and good parking with an EV charger"

"This was a great hotel. Great food at dinner time. I just have one complaint. I booked a bigger room with a mountain view. When I checked in, they gave me a room without a view. When I complained, I had no choice other than to move to a room with a view but a much smaller room. That room was great but I paid more for a bigger room and felt cheated at this downgrade. So when you book a 'mountain view' room, don't expect to get what you booked !"

"Staff were incredibly helpful, great welcome and couldn't do enough during our stay. Our room whilst clean was very noisy, as it overlooked the main road, and even with the bathroom window open at the side of the hotel, (no aircon) we could hear the traffic. Great walks and restaurants around our centre location. "
