"Everything about the Neuhaus was perfect!!"

"Steid in this property for 6 nights for skiing trip with my teenagers. The property is modern, spotlessly clean and has a very good location. Ski bus stops by the property which makes it very convenient to get to the slops. We stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment which was spacious and convenient. Quite surroundings for people that are looking to relax. Parking is available on primacies and is included in the daily rate. Great spa. Beds, pillows and blankets need some upgrading in my opinion. I would definitely consider this property again. "

"There is no way this property can get less than perfect scores Things not listed: the fitness center has a full set of dumbbells and functioning, good condition weight machines (and adjustable bench) that can help you achieve a full powerlifting regime between all the stations. Yoga mats, cardio machines, and disinfection items present as well. The amenities are incredible: Food is very good (breakfast/dinner option) Staff is INCREDIBLE - such nice people, helpful, and hospitable. I interacted with many staff members and all of them were like that, I didn't expect such kindness! Sauna functioning, 3 rooms plus other amenities like water, tea, snacks, showers, changing room, towels, and loungers inside/semi outside Balcony lovely, with beautiful views and two way opening features Separate bathroom and shower, walk in closet with robe and slippers Terrace with view to the mountains and valley below Incredible child friendliness and fully stocked child playroom indoor and outdoor for all ages I got a massage here and the man was both skilled and professional, clearly presenting knowledge and effort They have a bunch of activities you can explore and they have daily schedules as well Appears to be family owned I cannot WAIT to come back, we are already dreaming about it and sorry we couldn't stay longer. What an absolute diamond and worth the splurge for a business that obviously continues to maintain a high standard and pay lots of attention to detail and maintenance"

"Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up the two pools, indoor and outdoor rooftop, which are both wonderful, as are the saunas. Food is mainly buffet and high quality. The fresh fruit for breakfast (a facet of any good hotel in my view) was ideal. Great selection of fresh breads. I was surprised...my tarrif included breakfast, late lunch and dinner. Good value. The English equivalent would possibly be a 5 star hotel in many aspects. The staff seem to take a great pride in their work, as they should do. I used some of my rusty German, but English was well spoken by the staff. The area is lovely. I was unable to walk far due to a bad leg, but got up the Penkenbahn Gondola for a drink at the top to watch the paragliders at 2000m. It was stunning and a pleasant 17 degrees at height. I know it will be very busy come ski season, but I'm sure such a well-organised place will cope well. If my leg recovers, I would like to try the Zillertal ski area.
