"I was very disappointed to see messages and learning about being charged for valet that I knew nothing about prior to the booking and did not use the day before check in to the Expedia account. I was not told on the property that I would be charged for valet. The workers made me go out of the circle when I said I did not know we had to pay and guided me across the street to the public (janky) lot. I had to cross the street with hands full of luggage and children! This is unacceptable. We did not have covers for the extra bed, only one small bar of soap in one bathroom, no Kleenex, and one tiny trash can in the front room! Lobby was in very good condition but the room seemed dated with a horrible view of the disgusting rooftop. First and last time! "

"The check-in line was 50 people deep with no concern about getting anybody through any faster. The first room they gave us had not been cleaned. The second room they gave us the lock wouldn't work so we couldn't even get in. The third room was decent. Overall the hotel needs a major finishes upgrade. And the $67 parking was ridiculous."

"My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery. I will be bringing my husband back. Watch for my cousin Kathryn to say more wonderful things about The Wylie! She was IN LOVE with the bed! Nancy "
