"Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely dirty and had a terrible smell as soon as we walked in. The walls looked very old and damaged, and the restroom was in awful condition and clearly not maintained properly. The overall cleanliness and quality of the hotel were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here."

"For the price paid per night a month ahead, I would have expected more. Breakfast is not included, wifi also isn't included, and the room design needs to ne thought of better. As soon as you open the door, the door barely clears the wall of the bathroom at of you have luggage or another person with you, its a very tight squeeze."

"Kept having issues with our lock and had to change rooms. We were locked out of our room for almost 45 minutes after coming back from dinner. While staff was trying to figure out how to unlock it one of our kids ended up falling asleep in the hallway. Yes, we were invited to wait in the lobby.However we are a family of 5 and there was only 2 small chairs to sit in. We were given NO COMPENSATION for the inconvenience. Our dog was also locked in that room during this whole ordeal. Laundry room was riddled with may flies and some where even coming out of the dryers. Trash rooms look like they're never emptied. Grab and go breakfast was just mediocre coffee and prepackaged snacks. Despite notices of the property being smoke free the hallways REEKED of smoke (not kid friendly or asthma friendly). If you are military waiting to get into housing and you have small children DO NOT book here."
