We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"Wonderful property and perfect location. The balcony and views couldn’t have been more perfect. The owner/staff at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very large, plenty of space to cook, prepare meals for hikes, or relax on the balcony. Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars were less than a five minute walk and right around the corner from the main town. "

Staff is outstanding -- my dinner waitress [Isamel] speaks 5 languages fluently, has a Masters degree in international business, and is very easy on the eyes. Hotel offers a collection of reading glasses for reading the menu [in case you forgot yours] -- this was something I've never encountered before in my travels.
