"The only bad thing was other guest smoking weed outside the front door that guest who don’t smoke shouldn’t have to smell. Maybe besides your building the grounds should also be smoke free or have guest go to there car."

"The pool is open 24 hours and anyone with young kids, on vacation and off schedule, can appreciate that! The pool is heated but if they got cold they could warm up in the hot tub, which kept them entertained even longer! I chose this hotel based on the fact that it offered room service and had a 'pool side restaurant' on site. However, we realized upon arrival, despite advertising everywhere, the restaurant was not open until May 2026. Not a big deal and my own fault for not calling and checking but would have made our trip that much better! We are super excited to return and take advantage of this. Our oldest is already asking when we can go back! The free breakfast could use some protein but was good and the Coffee was really good!! The balcony was something I was really nervous about with 2 year old twins but we ended up in room 416 which is a shared patio, right above the awning in front. Which would have been super weird if someone else was staying there but I actually preferred this balcony as my twin b was moving chairs to climb over and my lil twin a was trying to squeeze thru the railing 😵‍💫 Our lil guy did stand up in the desk chair, that I tried to keep on the balcony but he was having no part of 😅 Well, he climbed into it to eat, stood up and and fell backwards into the bed frame and did 0require an emergency room trip and four stitches."

"We will be taking this location off our list of usual stays after this visit. The quality of our stay this time compared to this past fall has decreased immensely. The room was clean, but the soap dispenser in the shower room was empty. We were only given 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for four people. The lights were unplugged. The TV didn't work. The grass around the property was overgrown up to our ankles. Broken glass window in the pool room near the hot tub. There was a vehicle parked outside our room and the occupants were in and out with baskets of belongings and laundry, they stopped and stared at us the entirety of the time we got our bags and walked to our room. It made us very uncomfortable to go outside. After they finally left we tried the pool for less than 10 mins. The other guests were extremely rowdy and throwing each other and diving/jumping off the side of the pool. Though hotel management could be seen from the window to the pool, they never stopped the behavior. "
