I booked literally as we were around the corner not thinking I should just walk in and ask first. Good thing there was a cracker barrel next door."

"After having a very negative experience at another hotel, just down the road my arrival at Best Western was a sigh of relief. The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. My room was very clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride and making sure that their rooms are clean and tidy for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers in the Louisville and Highland Village area."
