"The kitchen wasn't equipped with anything, absolutely empty. Not even a roll of paper towels or a coffee pot. The microwave plate didn't spin. There were large ink-black stains on the carpet plus lots of other stains from years of who knows what. Thick dust on the chair and lamps. The bathroom doorhandle came off. The lady who checked us in around 8:30pm was nice but informed us there'd be nobody working the desk overnight and if we left before checkout, we needed to leave our room keys in the room and the person would check us out at 11a when they got there. The trim was missing everywhere from the lobby to the hallway of our room; the elevator floor was filthy. It smelled like garbage and poop at the elevator the next morning. We kept our shoes on in the room and used them like slippers if we needed to get up for anything. This was the absolute worst Extended Stay we've ever been to. Couldn't get any help about the kitchen not being equipped because nobody was at the front desk at that time. The bed was super uncomfortable too but at least appeared to be clean. We left super early in the morning since we barely slept and just to get out of there as quickly as possible."

"This was a amazing stay… the staff was amazing one staff keep everything professional due to a customer being very rude that made me smile I recommend anybody to this room they are just like home "

"Upon arrival during bedtime I pulled out the sofa-bed an it had blood stains a dirty. I have the video to prove it. I spoke with the manager who offered me a 15% return upon check out which I never got."

"The room was clean the heat worked amazing the hotel is very nice the staff was amazing the breakfast was good just wish it was a wider selection of food options but the food was great I love the check out time and the breakfast time wasn't over really early I will definitely stay there again when I come to Detroit "

"Fair property for price. Breakfast needs better options. States they serve hot breakfast and the only thing is waffles. Options same for 3 days"
