"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "

"Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. "

"The queen beds are not queens. They are extra long doubles that my husband and I couldn’t sleep together in. Had to sleep on the fold out couch. Would not have booked if I had known they were not true queens."
