"One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. My parents flew in for my graduation at Northwestern and were stranded due to severe weather delays. While trying to quickly book a room on Expedia at the airport, I accidentally selected the wrong date due to connection issues. I realized the mistake within 30 minutes and immediately contacted the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to adjust the date or offer any flexibility—even though the request was made almost immediately. Attempts to reach a manager went unanswered. In the end, I had to book another night anyway because my parents were exhausted after traveling. I understand policies exist, but the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help in a situation like this was extremely disappointing."

"Our first night found the mattress more like a hammock. Soft and sagging in the middle. We requested a room change the following morning, and were shown 5 other rooms with similar sagging mattresses. We decided to check out, and moved to a different hotel. "

"I usually go to this property for my little daughters birthday and never had an issue but this time around it was like we were a problem there this time I never felt unwanted until this stay! The pool was packed plenty of children yelling playing and out of everyone they only call me to say my children were the ones, mind you we have a adult with them in pool area, there was over 15/20 children in there and all were yelling playing with the pool toys that were there. I never wanted to just get up and leave and be ok with losing out on the money I spent until this stay my family and I will not be returning "
