Zentral gelegenes modernes Hotel. Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber, mehr braucht man nicht! Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht, können wir daher nicht beurteilen. Sehr gutes Preis/leistungsverhältnis! Würde da wieder buchen!

Excellent place for short and tourist visits.

Great value and location for this money. Room clean and well maintained, quiet and cosy place, walking distance from the heart of the city. I will be booking it for my next visits to Aachen.

Nach einer Party Nacht habe ich Samstags um ca. 12 Uhr 15 leider keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen , das fand ich ein wenig Schade ! Der Snackautonat war am gestrigen Sonntag Abend ziemlich leer und es war nicht mehr für jedem etwas dabei . Einfach zwischen durch mal nachfüllen. Das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich . Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht , durfte mir aber Sonntag und Montag einen Kaffee ziehen . Dafür gab es auch einen Beitrag von mir für die Trinkgeldkasse ! Alles in allem....sehr gerne komme ich wieder !! Gruß Michael

毎日ベッドメイキングされていて良かった。置きっぱなしにしてた荷物も触られること無くて良かった。 しかし、エアコンが上手く効かないことや、シャワーの温度調節が難しすぎること、何故かチェックインを後回しにされたこと、レセプションに人が居ない時間が長いことが不満であった。

Because of the automated check-in, you do have to wait until the allotted time. However, this is the only real drawback. The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable and the staff very helpful (if you ever even need them, given how well-organised things are). It’s a short walk into Aachen centre, but you can get the bus, if needed.

Hôtel propre pas loin à pied du centre ville. Personnel très sympathique. Quartier populaire. Notre chambre donnait sur une avenue très bruyante. Petit déjeuner bien mais un peu cher à mon goût. Parking payant mais pratique si petite voiture. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Es war an sich ein guter Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend sauber (Die Dusche war nicht 100 % sauber bei Ankunf und nicht ausreichend Klopapier), aber der Rest war sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Die Umgebung ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig und laut, aber das muss man aushalten können. Sonst gab es Supermärkte in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist auch nicht weit entfernt. .

Gutes Hotel für preisbewusste Gäste. Ausstattung des Zimmers ist zweckmäßig auf das Notwendigste begrenzt. Alles sauber. Fenster kann man zum Kippen öffnen und sind geschlossen schalldicht. Das Hotel ist für Touristen und Geschäftsleute gut gelegen. Eurogress und Shoppingzone im Zentrum sind jeweils in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parkhaus ist etwas eng, aber ich konnte mit einem X3 noch gut einparken. Vor dem Hotel ist alles gebührenpflichtige Parkzone. Frühstück wird angeboten, aber habe ich nicht gebucht.
