Hostellerie De Biek is een prachtig hotel, waar de elementen van de voormalige brouwerij in tact zijn gebleven. Ruime kamers en uitstekend ontbijt. Voor de deur is een bushalte, vanwaar een bus naar station Aalst vertrekt. Voor alle duidelijkheid: dit hotel ligt tamelijk ver van Aalst. De site vermeld dat je op minder dan 10 minuten in het centrum van Aalst bent. Met de auto wel te verstaan. Met het openbaar vervoer ben je gerust meer tijd kwijt. Met de fiets doe je er zo'n 15 minuten over.

This Hotel was beautifully finished. We did have trouble finding it and drove by the front several times. The staff here is great and breakfast was superb. Easy to get Bus 40 to the train station in Aalst for a train to Brussels. Laundry was across the strrret but its token machine was out of order. We found another place 2 miles away.

Sehr schönes altes Gehöft das perfekt renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern, haben aber den alten Charme nicht verloren. Gutes Frühstückbuffet mit auf Wunsch zubereiteten Eierspeisen.

Wonderful! I am a regular traveller and I'm quite particular about the hotels I stay in. This was perfect. I had a studio room which was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. It had everything I needed to ample wardrobe space, desk, ample power sockets, en suite and comfortable bed. I slept really well, which is what a hotel should be all about. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the restaurant, but this is shut on Mondays. However, the recommended the brilliant Biercafe den Bril down the road, which was a gem.

Slaapgelegenheid : bedden waren heel goed en proper Wc op zich ook proper , maar de hoeken en het vuilbakje niet !! Wat ons ook tegenviel was , dat er geen frigo (tje) op de kamer was We verbleven op kamer 1 op zaterdag

Chambre propre, personnel aux petits soins. Affaire familiale et très bien tenu (parking et terrasse impeccable). Juste un problème de moustique l'été si on dort avec la fenêtre ouverte mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien

Enige verkoeling in de kamers zou geen overbodige luxe zijn Na 5 uur in de hitte rijden kwamen we aan in een kamer die ruim 34 graden was De gastheer heeft dit reuze vriendelijk afgehandeld .
