Staff made our stay very pleasant. The pool was nice although the sauna was out of service. Our room was clean and spacious. We especially liked the high ceilings! The terrace was lovely. Breakfast was fine.

Our first stay at Helnan Marselis Hotel and we loved it! My sister stayed here twice and recommended it to us, and she was right. Stunning sea views, direct beach access, and a spacious room with comfy beds and a balcony overlooking the water. A delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh options and relaxing wellness facilities. Great location - walking distance to the Infinite Bridge, Marselisborg Castle and Deer Park, and just 10 minutes by bus to Aarhus city centre. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. We’ll definitely be back! 🌊❤️

Location was brilliant by the sea. But the hotel had seen its better days long ago. Rooms, floors, carpets, corridors were dirty and disgusting. Its a pity, cause the location is marvellous. Also staff was unfriendly since the first reception communication to restautants.

Leider kann ich dieses Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen. Der Service war wirklich katastrophal. Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische nicht gesäubert, und das Personal hat sich nur sehr halbherzig um die Gäste gekümmert. Schon beim Empfang an der Rezeption wurde man unfreundlich begrüßt – unvorstellbar, wie wenig Wert hier auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Die Zimmer waren alles andere als sauber und entsprachen in keiner Weise dem, was man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde – eher auf dem Niveau eines 2-Sterne-Hauses. Für den Preis eine große Enttäuschung.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick was super war. Das Badezimmer etwas klein. Dadurch, dass es nur einen Duschvorhang gab, was das Bad schnell überflutet, was sich auch bei vorsichtigen duschen nicht vermeiden ließ. Pool und Sauna ok.

Fantastisk service

Fantastisk service, enestående beliggenhet, og rene og pene rom gav oss de beste forutsetninger for et avslappende opphold i Århus. Gode lademuligheter var en fin bonus. Type 2 - ladere som gav 8-10kW på det jevne, og som ladet opp til 100% uten ekstra påslag i pris. Jeg strevde litt med app'en, men fikk hjelp fra betjeningen, og da gikk alt smertefritt. Rommet var rent, pent og velholdt. Vi hadde direkte utgang til felles uteareal med tilgjengelige solsenger, og koste oss med det. Et kjøleskap hadde gjort seg, men det var alltid mulig å kjøpe forfriskninger i baren, så vi led ingen nød. Ekstra takhøyde samt et par kvadratmeter mer enn mange andre tilsvarende hotell tilbyr, gjorde også at vi opplevde rommet som stort og luftig. Frokosten var rikholdig og variert. Personlig ville jeg gjerne hatt stekte egg og/ eller ekte eggerøre, men kokte egg er også godt. God kaffe! Beliggenheten var perfekt. Såpass langt borte fra sentrum til at du får fred og ro, men bare 20-30 minutter å spasere inn for å oppleve Århus. Vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake.

Af et firestjernet hotel at være synes jeg ikke der bør være så kalket til og mug på badeværelset. Super belligenhed flot havudsigt. Kedelig morgenmad; kun youghurt ingen skyr ingen chia grød overnight osts eller andet.
