"This location is the worst place we stayed in during our travel. The furnitures were outdated and the room had a terrible smell. The carpeting in the room was dirty. The room phone was not working to call for room service. The sound on TV was not working too. We had to go down to the office to let the employee know that the room had a bad smell as well as the TV sound not working because the room phone wasn't working to call for room service. The employee came upstairs to fix the sound on the TV and sprayed deodorizer on the room that cause us to choke. The next morning, we were surprised that the water supply was not potable. Clearly on the warning sign at their office states not to use the water unless it has been boiled first, not to use it for washing hands, face, but the employee at the office told me I could use it to brush my teeth as long as I don't drink it , which is ludicrous. They didn't offer solution. I had to buy bottled water to brush my teeth. I hope I can get refund due to all our inconveniences."

"Friend of desk worker was parked in middle of driveway at check in. Dumpster in front, filthy, smelled bad, had trash on ground around it. Debris all over parking lot. Pool closed. Hot tub closed. Treadmill not working. Breakfast pancake machine not working. Morning juice machine not working. Should have stayed and different hotel. Damaging to IHG brands."

"No hot water. Moved us to a new room but failed to let us know they moved us. So we ended up staying in the room with no hot water. No tv/cable tv Last time I stayed here I found hair in the bed and bathtub. Never stay here again "

"My room was clean, my only ‘complaint’ would be that they removed our used towels from the bathroom but did not replace them."

"This is a reasonable place to stay. The elevator stopped working when we were there. It got stuck on 3rd floor either door open at least. Breakfast was okay."

"This was the worst stay of my life! We checked in after a very long day of driving and were given a room on the 2nd floor. Asked about ice and was told that the ice machine was broken. After dragging all of our luggage up stairs, past a group sitting outside their rooms drinking beer, we discovered the room was dirty. Sheets on one bed had visible lipstick and dirt on them and bugs when the covers were pulled back. The other bed was full of dirt crumbs. I called down and reported the condition and the girl who checked me in asked if I wanted to come and get clean sheets. I told her I would rather have a clean room. Went back to the desk where I was given a different room on the first floor. The desk agent barely spoke to me and certainly didn't seem to care that we had been placed in a dirty room. We moved everything down only to realize this room was not much better. Sheet looked slept in and the furniture was stained. Bathtub had a dirt ring around it, paint peeling off the ceiling and the counters were grimy. I had no faith that moving again would help. We slept in our clothes after covering the bed with towels and using our jackets for cover. I didn't even want to walk on the carpet without at least socks on. Showered in the morning wearing our flip flops. Went down to grab a quick bite to eat to find that all of the food was wiped out by the time we arrived at 6:40 am. I couldn't wait to leave this place in my rear view. Do NOT stay here!"
