"The pictures are not a true likeness of the property. It is an open air lobby, restaurant, bar design so the only air conditioning is in your hotel room. That seems to be misrepresented in photos. "The room is good. But the sofá was broken in the middle. The micro does not work. We never see the staff. Only the janitor the first day. The manager was rude by the phone. Needs a lot a work on that. The place is beautiful. It has a good pool. The Beach is nice but not recommendet for toddler."
