"Spøgelses hotel ude midt i ingenting- tomt og trist uden liv.. vi ankom ved 15.30 tiden til en konvolut med vores nøgle i til værelset. Værelset var fint, men ikke klart -stole skulle vi selv ta ned fra bordet mm. . 36 grader og sol men poolområdet var tomt- der var ingen solstole og ingen parasoller eller mennesker - det var virkeligt utrygt og vi besluttede os for at her ville vi ikke bo, der var simpelthen ikke en rar atmosfære. Så vi kørte derfra efter 20 minutter selvom at vi havde...

"The most deserved 10 out of 10 I have ever given. Everything, really everything, perfect: breakfast, facilities, room, garden, playground for kids and of course the staff. You can feel how much love and attention to details they put in the work. Well located to visit the surroundings with car and train. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel Terme Metropole. The pools, spa, gardens, and breakfast were excellent, and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. At the beginning of our stay, we had some concerns about the dinner experience. We shared our feedback with the management, and we truly appreciated that they listened carefully and made a genuine effort to improve our experience. Mr. Aldo Casagrande and his team were attentive, professional, and showed that they cared about guest satisfaction. We especially appreciated how they handled our concerns during the rest of our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made a positive difference. Thank you for your hospitality. We wish the entire team continued success."

"Very good spa, well kept, the floor is not slippery, extra carpet is added to the bridge to make the floor non-slippery. There are several pools, different underwater jets. There is a 4 min electronic counter to switch between the jets in the pool.The rooms are renovated, very clean, with a refrigerator. The hotel provide a one dispenser as a shampoo and soap with the instruction: do not remove. The breakfast is simple, cheese, ham, eggs, no fruits. 15 min walking is Lidl grocery."
