"Experience from check in to check out was great. We love the lounge area. The food was extensive and great ryokan like buffet. Love the experience. Thank you."

"Wonderful traditional Japanese room overlooking the lake. Unfortunately only had one night and was unable to try the traditional meal service. The hotel overall feels like a period piece from the 70s in a good way, and everything is very well maintained. The large onsen area (strictly no tattoos allowed) was great for winding down after a day of exploring. Would stay again."
