2/10 Terrible

"The concierge is never available. Never on time when we are told they start. Very limited hours and support for a hotel of this stature. Also, i had them ship a package for me. That took over a month to get done. No follow up. This is the same hotel that when Covid started and I wasn’t allowed top fly into Munich Germany they refused to reimburse me. Kept my money and never offered a credit of any kind. Finally. Try and reach them. Very difficult via phone.."

"Picture online of the amenities were a bit deceiving. Perhaps I read into it incorrectly . I thought laundry was in suite. It was shared laundry you had to pay for in the basement. Laundry app gave me issues and dryer didn’t dry the clothes. Stayed here specifically for laundry. Staff is extremely friendly here. Property is nice and clean . Breakfasts were great . Coffee offered all day which was nice. We stayed during the weekend and found out we could have parked along the street for free . When I checked in I asked about parking and was told the only parking option was underground for 19 euro per night … if I had kept my car where it was it would have been free . I was annoyed by that. We had a car so getting to places was easy, unsure about location for someone who doesn’t have a car ."

"This was an excellent place to stay in Munich . We took two day trips, and it was conveniently located to the road system. We took one trip into downtown, and the trains were about a six or seven minute walk. The neighborhood felt safe. The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. We did not eat breakfast. Parking is reasonable, and it was never hard to find a spot. The entrance has kind of a blind spot when you enter, but I would not consider it dangerous unless you go flying into the garage."

"Such a lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. Room was amazing, we didn’t include breakfast as we have two fussy eaters and we had everything to have our own breakfast . So clean and the kids loved the room above ours. They have asked if we go back to Munich can we stay there so that’s a great review from the kids. Happy hour was great also in the bar with food and drink. Would love to go back and happily recommend for anyone to stay."

"hotel and breakfast was good. we booked two double bed room but double beds are small, just lise single bed. At the reception there was a very rude worker, we just went in the hotel and talking to him about room and reservation and he suddenly turn to my husband and said that ' is there sth wrong sir, youre looking at me??' what?? where did we used to look at? he was strange really. other workers at restaurant are really kind and smiley."
