"The advertised school holidays parts were not what we were expecting at all.. movie room with popcorn etc - was some dirty bean bags and no film playing. It was in the same room as the games so you couldn’t sit and watch a film. We didn’t find a sweet cart which was advertised. The new pool area is amazing. Great for kids! And very warm. Would definitely recommend. Communal areas could do with an upgrade and the rooms. We ate in the Ryder grill and opted for the sharing chateaubriand - for the price it was we were extremely disappointed, it was quite cold, not presented very well and lacking flavour, but with a toddler past her bedtime we didn’t have the time to send it back and wait for new food. The breakfast choices and quality was also really lacking. The breakfast food was also cold. Overall disappointed with the food here for the price it is "

"Good breakfast. Nice, safe parking. Pool was fantastic and nicely heated. Water was nice and warm not like at other pools. friendly staff at health club. "

"Rooms are newly refurbished, and look good. Plenty of sockets and have aircon which works really well. But there are some glaring errors. No storage!!! Just a tiny rail with 4 hangars, and when I asked for more i was told they werent allowed to give me any. There is just one drawer in the desk - no shelves and no other storage. This was a double room, for 3 nights and basically, just 2 hangars each! No hooks for wet jackets etc. So I had coats on the back of the desk chair, and piled on top of my suitcase. Crazy. The shower is one of those awful over the head ones, so you cant avoid getting your hair wet. As a woman with longer hair, that is a total pain. And no hairdryers in the room!!! I dont want to appear sexist, but I'd put money on the fact these rooms were designed by a man - look good initially but dont work on a practical level. Lovely mirror to match the wood behind the tiny hanging area, same shape, obviously been thought about, but then so little storage. Large TV - great, but would rather have the more practical things like storage, hairdryer and shower that you can use without wettimg your hair!!!"

"The room was so dirty, hair in the bath, black mould all round the shower door and bath seal. Literally wiped it and the mould was coming off on tissue. Absolutely disgusting. Complained at reception but haven't had anything back from this. There was also soap in our kettle. Could really do with being redecorated, looked like a leak all down the inside of the windows and all just look shabby and outdated. Would not recommend especially with children I didn't even feel they could play on the floor it was so disgusting. "
