"The depiction of this hotel in the pictures is exactly how it looks in reality. The customer service and attention to the extra needs of the guest is unquestionably the priority for the staff. The breakfast is very generous and the staff at the restaurant are always very polite and attentive to their guests. The hotel has everything we needed. The room was very clean. With enough space for the luggage. The beds were very comfortable. Crispy sheets and pleasant smell. The view from our room and the rooftop was magnificent, really beautiful, so perfect that it looked like a postcard. The AC worked perfectly. The surroundings could be better, but that is not the responsibility of the hotel staff. These people really go above and beyond to satisfy their guests. We stayed 4 nights and would stay there again. "

"Arrived to Cairo on an international flight with a 7 hour layover. Decided to stay here to catch a few Zzz’s and I’m very happy I did. You do have to leave airport security area, but getting back in is not a problem, took less than 5 min from leaving my room to being at the airline check-in counter. The room is clean, spacious, airy. For the price and convenience, I highly recommend it and would stay here again"

"This was my first visit to Egypt, and my decision to stay at Great Pyramid Inn made my trip worthwhile. I was worried about avoiding scams, food poisoning, and local dangers in general, and the staff there took great care of me. The food at the hotel was clean and reliable, the rooms were well-kept, and every service I requested of them was perfectly executed. We decided to take a tour recommended by the staff, and it was a great decision. Our guide didn't try to pressure us and brought us to some less touristy shops. They provided a van for the day with a safe driver. It was a great value for the price! The hotel also helped us organize other transportation which was much more safe and reliable than trying to organize it ourselves through Uber or taxi. If I return to Egypt, I will definitely be staying here again! "

"I stayed at Marriott Mena House and it exceeded all expectations. The location is perfect, just steps away from the Pyramids of Giza, with the most incredible view you can imagine. My room looked directly at the Great Pyramid and waking up to that sight was absolutely unforgettable. The property is well maintained with lush gardens, a beautiful pool, and a blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Service was excellent. Staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Breakfast overlooking the pyramids was another highlight of my stay. If you visit, I recommend booking a Pyramid View room. It is more expensive but worth every cent for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. Overall, this is the best hotel in Giza and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo."
