Obviously service is a huge deal here - everyone from housekeeping to front desk to restaurant staff were amazing. Food and 24 hr room service was superb. Rooms are quiet and with great AC. Close to large supermarket. ~15 mins to airport by uber. We will definitely stay here again. C"

"The customer service sucks. None of the receptionist have a smile in their face nor do they know what they’re talking about. The hotel itself is really pretty and modern. There’s barely anything to do. Definitely try to find a hotel that’s closer to downtown Jeddah. "

"The way they handled my booking turned into an argument! I provided booking confirmation and they couldn't find it until they contacted someone else to help but were very argumentative! Secondly, the young guy who handles the service to the room was very rude and unpleasant to deal with asking simply for towels! "
