"Friendly & courteous welcome at reception. Room was well equipped, clean, warm (ideal for a winter stay) with wndows that open if required. Microwave as well as kettle supplied and a litre bottle of water! Full choice for Breakfast was included and cooked fresh not a buffet type! 2nd time of staying and will use again if I am in the area or using Norwich Airport - Short Taxi ride. A relaxed,quiet atmosphere - very comfortable stay. "

"The lodge has a lot of potential and is set in a beautiful, peaceful location that’s perfect for a quiet getaway. The surroundings were serene, and the atmosphere was relaxing, which we really appreciated. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was noticeable dust on furniture and surfaces, and we found cobwebs in the corners of the room and near the ceiling. It made the space feel less well-maintained than expected. A more thorough cleaning routine would significantly improve the overall experience. On a positive note, the staff were polite and helpful, and the basic amenities were adequate for a short stay. With better attention to housekeeping, this lodge could easily provide a much better experience. For now, it was an average stay."

"Fantastic place. Went for my husband’s birthday, had drinks, dinner, massages & breakfast. All of the food was amazing & staff were really friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfy. Sadly it was raining too much to use the fire pit, but maybe another time! The room had decent sized mugs with a good selection of tea & coffee and a fairly good hairdryer- we had everything we needed. "
