"Clean and comfortable enough. Dull, safe location. OK breakfast for this tier of hotel. Some loud guests but was able to drown out their noise with bathroom fan. Front desk staff was very helpful in rebooking me for the same room when I needed to extend my stay one additional night. For a budget stay, this is above average."

I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl. "
